Goji Berries

Nutritionally one of the richest foods on the planet, the Goji Berries from Tibet have been hailed as the new superfood!

Containing 500 times more vitamin C than oranges, they look like a red raisin and taste like a cranberry crossed with a cherry.

Goji Berries have more beta-carotene than carrots, are rich in iron and are a good source of vitamins B and E, antioxidants, 18 amino acids, proteins, polysaccharides and 21 trace minerals.

They make a tasty snack, or can be added to cereals, smoothies or infused to make tea.

Goji Berries are also grown elsewhere in the Himalayan region but the Tibetan variety, is considered to be the best and the most authentic.

They are vine grown without fertilisers or chemicals, hand picked and naturally sun dried, without additives or preservatives, in the pristine atmosphere of the high Himalayas.
