Receptionist and Administration

As receptionist for granoVita UK, I feel that my appearance is very important, therefore looking smart every day is paramount. I start work at 8.30am and my first task is to open a mountain of post and take any early incoming telephone calls.

The role of receptionist has many duties which gives me a lot of variety, such as greeting and welcoming visitors, taking all incoming telephone calls, logging staff movements and ensuring that reception runs smoothly.

Another area of my work involves processing invoices, orders and delivery notes and inputting data on to the computer. I am also involved with updating stock records and arranging transport for deliveries.

I enjoy communicating with staff and customers at all levels and ensure that confidentiality is maintained
