I arrive at work just before 8 am with my wife Karen who works in Stock Control at granoVita.

I check the diary for any deliveries for the day, respond to any emails and prioritise the orders. My job also includes overseeing the day to day running of the warehouses such as ensuring all deliveries are booked in, that the racks are replenished and all outbound orders are ready for despatch.

Around 5.15pm Karen and I will travel the short distance home to Rushden.
